Pools

The Pools screen displays all staffing pools currently set up for the system. These can be both internal pools and external pools (e.g. agency staff). Pools are used for tracking hours associated with employees assigned to staffing pools. Pool records can be added, edited and/or deleted from this screen.

When a new or existing Pool record is open, the following Pool Sections options are available in the left pane:

General

Gives general information regarding this pool code, such as code, number, description, whether this code is for an agency, and whether it is an active code.

Locations

Opens a screen to configure the location(s) associated with this pool code.

Record Management

Depending on the user's authorization level, the following actions may be available. Note: The options listed below are not available for some screens.

Adding a New Record

Editing a Record

Opening and Viewing a Record

Replacing Record Values

Searching for a Record

Deleting a Record

Action Buttons

The following Action buttons may be available in the left pane, depending on the page that is open:
