Status Code

The Status Code screen is used to group employees with the same labor distribution status assignment for rules processing. Once the general tab is configured, click on the Factors button to set up any factor values used for payroll calculations for employees with this assignment.

The following section options are available when adding or viewing Status Code records:

General

Displays basic information on the status code record.

Factor

Opens a screen to view or edit factors currently assigned to this status code, or to add additional factors.

Record Management

Depending on the user's authorization level, the following actions may be available. Note: The options listed below are not available for some screens.

Adding a New Record

Editing a Record

Opening and Viewing a Record

Replacing Record Values

Searching for a Record

Deleting a Record

Action Buttons
