This report shows edits made to authorization role data during the indicated date range. Information includes new roles added, edits to roles and removal of employees from a role.
This report is sorted by date. Fields include the date and time of the edit, the classification (e.g. Inserted, Deleted, Updated), name and ID of the user who modified the role, application (e.g. portal, application server, etc.) and text describing the edits.
When a new role is added, the source of the insertion (i.e. authorization role code, ID, Is Denied, Reference Category and Reference ID) and the value are displayed.
When a role is updated, the source of the update (i.e. authorization role code, ID, Is Denied, Reference Category and Reference ID) the original value and the updated value are displayed.
