Education Assignments

This report shows education requirements by course and category for the selected labor distribution. The initial heading is either for the organization unit or the curriculum, based on the parameter setting.

The information is broken down by organization unit--position, job class, labor distribution--and then by curriculum, category and course. The information includes the course number and description, the effective and expiration dates. The details version also includes the credits and/or hours required.

Report parameters options include the following options:

• The labor distribution to be included in the results.
• The position codes to be included in this report, or leave at the All default to display all positions.
• The job class to be included in this report, or leave blank to include all job classes.
• Whether to include only current assignments, past and present assignments, past and future assignments or all assignments.
• Whether to group the report by organization unit or by curriculum code.
• Whether to display requirement codes only, requirement details or assignment details.
