Download

The Download icon opens a screen to view or edit the configuration of existing download files, or to add a new download file.

The following section buttons are available when viewing an existing download record, or after saving the General screen of a new one.

General

This screen is used to set up basic information about the download file.

Groups

This screen allows for definition of the fields within the groups that are available to create the download file.

File Layout

This screen displays a list of the selected groups and the number of occurrences for each group. This screen is also used to order the groups in the download specification.

Look Up

This screen defines the look up values used to convert downloaded information into the values needed in Time and Attendance and Staffing and Scheduling.

Specifications

This screen displays a PDF report of the layout of the download file as created in these Download screens.
