Positions

This report lists all the positions set up for the indicated organization unit or schedule group. The positions can be expanded by clicking on the + icon to view additional selected details, such as assigned licenses, indicator settings and/or parameter settings.

Headings include the organization unit codes and descriptions. Report fields include the position code, the position description, and the linked job class.

If the option to view licenses is set to yes, the required license codes and descriptions are listed.

If the option to view indicators is set to yes, the indicator category, number, value, and description are listed.

If the option to view parameters is set to yes, the parameter category, parameter type, value, and description are listed.

Report parameters include the following options:

• Which organization unit to schedule group to include. The options available are determined by the level where positions are configured in the corporate structure.
• Whether to include all job classes (by leaving this field blank) or a specific job class.
• Whether to include all positions or only positions that are not linked to a profile.
• Whether to include positions that are active, inactive or both.
• Whether to include position licenses (yes/no).
• Whether to include position indicators and/or parameter settings (yes/no).
