Profiles

This report shows all the profiles that are set up on the Profiles configuration screens for the selected organization unit(s) or schedule group. The report is sorted by labor distribution and then by profile code and description. Fields include the position code and description. If selected, additional fields can be accessed by clicking on the + symbol to the left of the profile. These fields include position skill, position license, station code, station skill, and profile license code. This information is displayed by clicking on the + symbol to the left of the heading.

This report can be scheduled for automatic generation and distribution.

Report parameters include the following options:

• The organization units to include in the report or choose the Schedule Group button to select a schedule group.
• Whether to include profiles that are active, inactive, or both.
• Whether to include information on the licenses that are linked to the profiles (yes/no).
• Whether to include information on the positions that are linked to the profiles (yes/no).
• Whether to include information on the station qualifications that are linked to the profiles (yes/no).
• Whether to include information on activity codes that are linked to the profiles (yes/no).
• Whether to include information on Indicator and/or Parameters settings for the profiles (yes/no).
