Employee Education Completion
This report lists education requirements that were completed for the selected organization unit employees within the indicated date range.
When sorted by employee, report headings include the organization unit codes and descriptions. The secondary headings include the employee name, number, status, and job class. Report fields include the course number and description, the date the course was completed, the credits and hours earned, the score, and the status (e.g. passed/present, failed, etc.).
When sorted by course, the headings include the course code and description, with the secondary headings displaying the organization unit codes and descriptions. Report fields include the employee name and number, employee status, date of the course, the date the course was completed, the credits and hours earned, the score, and the status (e.g. passed/present, failed, etc.).
Report parameters include the following options:
- Include employees from an organization unit or from a schedule group by selecting the corresponding option button and completing the fields.
- Include all employees (by leaving this field blank), or select a single employee by clicking the search icon to the right of the field.
- Include all job classes (by leaving this field blank), or select a specific job class by clicking the search icon to the right of the field.
- Whether to include all courses (by leaving the field blank) or select a specific course from the field look up values.
- Whether to sort the report by employee or by course.
- Whether to include all passed courses, the most recent passed, the most recent occurrence of a course, or all of these options.
- Whether or not to include supplementary (not assigned as required) courses the employee has taken.
- Whether to include terminated employees in the report.
- The start and end dates of the range to include in the report.
