My Schedule Incentive Requests

The My Schedule Incentive Requests card displays the status of bids submitted by the employee. Icons indicate the status to show whether it has been approved, denied or canceled, or if the bid still has the status of requested.

Click a folder to the left of a specific request to open the record and view the details, or to edit or cancel requests that have not been approved or denied.
Once the user has viewed the record, check the box to the left of the record to enter a check mark and then click on the Hide Selected button. This request record is no longer displayed.

MyScheduleRequests

The following fields are displayed on this card:

Selection Box

To select records to hide (once they have been viewed), click on the selection box to enter a check mark . Then click on the Hide Selected button.

Incentive Status

The following icons may be displayed to show the status:

	Approved	Indicates the request for this schedule is approved and awarded to this employee. The schedule is added to the organization unit schedule screen.
	Canceled	Indicates the request for this schedule has been canceled.
	Denied	Indicates the request for this schedule has been denied.
	Requested	Indicates the status of this request has not been changed, and is still pending.

Incentive

The most recent dollar amount submitted by the currently logged in employee.

Schedule Incentive Status

The current status of the Schedule Incentive record. Only records with a status of Open can continue to have bids submitted.

Date

The date of the incentive schedule.

Activity

The Activity Code of the incentive schedule. Hover the cursor over the activity code to view the start and end times of the schedule.

Profile

The profile code of the incentive schedule.

Organization Unit

The labor distribution for the incentive schedule.

Classification

The type of Schedule Incentive, either Flat Dollar or Percentage.
