The My Schedule card displays the employee's Published schedules for a two-week window, beginning with the current date.
The grid displays an icon indicating if the entry is a schedule, calendar, or education tracking class; the activity code (for schedules or calendars) or course code (for education tracking classes); the start date, start time, and duration in hours of the activity.

Schedule |
Indicates an employee work schedule. |

Schedule, Alternate |
Indicates a schedule that does NOT match the employee's Primary Home Labor Distribution record in ANY of the following fields: Organization Unit, Position, Job Class, Grant Code, or Project Code. |

Schedule, NonProductive |
Indicates a schedule with an activity code that is set to nonproductive. Activity Codes are configured to be productive or non-productive based on the setting of Activity Code Indicator Schedule Standard 1. |

Schedule, Alternate/NonProductive |
Indicates a non-productive schedule that does NOT match the employee's Primary Home Labor Distribution record in ANY of the following fields: Organization Unit, Position, Job Class, Grant Code, or Project Code. |

Calendar |
Indicates an employee calendar entry (for example, PTO). |
|
Class |
Indicates a scheduled education tracking class. |
|
Instructor |
Indicates that the employee is scheduled as an instructor for an education tracking class. |
Code
Depending on the type of activity, this is the identification code of the activity code or the education tracking class.
Start Date
The date the activity begins.
Start Time
The time the activity starts on the Start Date, expressed in 24-hour format.
Duration
The length in hours of the activity.
