User Audit Report

This report shows record insertions and edits made for a certain audit type by the selected user during in the indicated date range. The report is sorted by screen name, listing the values that were added or updated.

The inserted (added) information header shows the date/time of the new data, the classification (e.g. Inserted), the description of the action, the user name and number, and the application. Details list the fields, the field description and the value that was entered.

The updated (edited) information header shows the date/time the data was edited, the classification (e.g. Updated), the description of the action, the user name and number, and the application. Details list the original description, the new description, the original value and the new value.

Report parameter options include the following:

• The name of the user, as selected from the employee search screen.
• The start and end dates of the date range to include in the report.
• The screen where the audit took place (audit type).
• The classification of the audit (insert, edit, delete, or all)
