Employees Configured for a Parameter

This report lists all employees with a specific parameter setting, as set up in the employee Parameter tab in their General record. This report is sorted by organization unit and the indicator options.

Report fields include the organization unit, employee code, employee name, job class, status, class, category and the parameter value configured for the employee.

Report parameters include the following options:

• The organization unit to be included.
• Whether to display employees with values, employees without values, or all.
• The module to be included
• The classification of the parameter (i.e. standard, customer, or user).
• The type of character of the parameter (e.g. alpha, date, etc.).
• The number of the parameter.
• Whether to include terminated employees (Yes/No).
