Employee Phone Numbers

This report creates a listing of all phone numbers in the employee record, including home, cell, alternate, etc. The report is grouped by home labor distribution, and the report fields include employee name, phone type (e.g. home, cell), and phone number. If terminated employees are included in the report, they are displayed in red.

Report parameters include the following options:

• Which organization units or scheduling group to include in the report.
• Whether to include employee names without phone numbers (yes/no).
• Whether to break the report on the trunk organization unit level (e.g. facility), branch organization unit level (e.g. department) or leaf organization unit level (e.g. unit).

  These structure levels are defined on the Organization Link Levels screen.

• Whether to include terminated employees on this report (yes/no).
