Employees by Authorization Role
This report lists all employees who have a specific authorization role, and whether the role was assigned directly or indirectly through an organization unit.
Report fields include:
- Employee name and code.
- The access category to describe the access assigned through the role.
- The classification (Grant, Pass Through, Deny) of the access.
- The data access (employees, organization units, pay codes, special codes, override codes) the employee has on screens and fields authorized with the role.
Report parameters include the following options:
- Organization Units or Schedule Group: Employees in the specified organization unit(s) or schedule group are included in this report.
- Classification: The system classification of the authorization role (Standard, Customer, User-Defined, or Replicated). After selecting a classification value, roles with the selected classification are listed in the Field Look Up Values for the Authorization Role parameter.
- Authorization Role: Employees assigned the selected role should be included in this report. Select the code from the field lookup values in the right pane.
