Employee Note History
This report shows employee notes that were created within the selected date range. It displays the date, time, author and note body for all employees, unless a specific employee name is selected. The report shows the types of notes that have the report parameters set to Yes.
The report is grouped by organization unit, then employee name and then by transaction type (calendar, clocking, pay period, etc.) Fields include the employee code and name, then the date, time, author, and note text of each record.
Report parameters include the following options:
- Search Screen for Employee Name - Select a specific employee or leave blank to run for all employees that are assigned to the supervisor running the report.
- Start and End Dates of the range to be included.
- Whether to include the following notes (set each type to Yes to include in the report): Pay Period Notes, Clocking Notes, Clocking Request Notes, Calendar Notes, Calendar Request Notes, Adjustment Notes, Adjustment Request Notes, Unavailability Request Notes, Recurring Unavailability Request Notes, DeductIT Request Notes, Education Transaction Notes, Education Transaction Request Notes, Request To Work Notes
