The General tab displays information on the number and description of the work order, the classification, the release version, the date and time the work order was installed, the status of the work order, and who installed it.
Classification
The type of work order installed (e.g. release, service pack, urgent fix, or other).
Code
The identification code of the work order.
Description
The description label of the work order.
Installed
The date the work order was installed.
Installed By
The name of the person who ran the installation of the work order.
Parent Work Order Code
The identification code of the original work order, if applicable, used when searching for a related work order code.
Release Version
The assigned release number of the Time and Attendance and Staffing and Scheduling solution. You can find the release version in the Configuration section>System card>About screen.
Status
Indicates the current status of the work order (downloaded, installing, installed, or invalid).
