Historical Comparison to Target

This report shows the units of service provided for each indicated time frame unit (day, week, pay period, month or year) within the indicated date range for data contained in the historical database. The following options can be toggled within the resulting report:

• Detail View or Summary View
  • The Detail view shows actual hours and actual costs subtotaled by paid, worked and direct values.
  • The Summary view shows percent variance to targets by hours and costs for paid, worked and direct values.
• Show Graphs or Hide Graphs
  • The Show Graphs option in the Details View shows bar graphs for Paid Hours Per Unit of Service, Worked Hours Per Unit of Service, Paid Cost Per Unit of Service, Worked Cost Per Unit of Service, Direct Hours Per Unit of Service, and Direct Cost Per Unit of Service. The Show Graphs option in the Summary View shows bar graphs for Paid Hours Percentage Variance to Targets, Paid Cost Percentage Variance to Targets, Worked Hours Percentage Variance to Targets, Worked Cost Percentage Variance to Targets, Direct Hours Percentage Variance to Targets, Direct Cost Percentage Variance to Targets, Total Paid Hours Variance to Targets, Total Paid Cost Variance to Targets, Total Worked Hours Variance to Targets, Total Worked Cost Variance to Targets, Total Direct Hours Variance to Targets, Total Direct Cost Variance to Targets.
  • The Hide Graphs option does not display any of the graphs.
• Labor Distribution Up/Down
  • The Up option displays the productivity information as totaled by the next higher corporate structure level.
  • The Down option displays the productivity information as totaled by the next lower corporate structure level.

    Today's date is used for determining the appropriate version of any Productivity Standards to be used for processing the report.

Report parameters include the following options:

• Which labor distribution information to include.
• Whether to include all labor groups (by leaving this field blank) or select a specific labor group.
• The start and end dates of the range to include in the report.
• Whether to include all productivity categories (by leaving this field blank) or specify a single category.
• Whether this report is by day, week, pay period, month, year or date range.
• Whether to include details or summary information.
• Whether to include only a specified shift, or all shifts.
• Whether to show shift details or summary information only.
• Whether or not to show graphs of the information.
