Historical Clocking Hour Summary

This report displays total hours for the selected organization unit during the indicated date range. The report is sorted by labor distribution, then job class, and then employee. Options include details by day.

Totals are displayed for the organization unit for regular day shift, evening shift, night shift, and for overtime day shift, overtime evening shift, and overtime night shift. If the job class totals option is chosen, there are subtotals for each shift, for regular hours, for overtime hours and a grand total for the job class. When the option is chosen to break by day, these totals are displayed for each day in the selected range.

Report parameters include the following options:

• The organization unit or labor group to include in the report.
• The start and end dates of the range to be included in the report.
• Whether to show totals by job class.
• Whether to display totals for each date or just a summary for the entire date range.
