This report lists the qualifying federal and/or state hours worked, which are used for calculating FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act) benefits. The report is broken down by organization unit, then by employee.
When the Show Employee Details is set to Yes, a daily breakdown of qualifying hours is listed with total accumulations by month. Separate sections are provided for federal and for state hours. When the Show Employee Details is set to No, only monthly totals are displayed for federal and for state hours.

This report only shows data for the number of months as determined by the Time and Attendance Application parameter TA Solution Standard Integer 3 (Determines the maximum number of months to retain FMLA transactions)
