Help

The Time and Attendance and Staffing and Scheduling Online Help allows the user to quickly open the documentation to the page that corresponds to the topic of the open screen.

The online help documentation can be accessed in one of the following ways:

• The Page Help is accessed by selecting the Help button in the Section tool bar at the top of the viewing screen. The documentation page that displays pertains to the topic of the open screen.
• The Field Help is accessed when the cursor focus is set on a field. A short version of the help text is displayed in the right pane. To access additional information for this field--or to open the documentation to the page where this field is located--click on the More... link.

Once the online help documentation is open, you can:

• Scroll through the documentation using the navigation arrows.
• Navigate to related topics with the click of a mouse button on Hyperlinked Topics.
• Return to the previous page by clicking on the Back icon in the web tool bar.
• Click on an Expanding Block topic to open a window with additional information without leaving the page.
• Search for a topic using the online Search feature.
• View the description of a term in the Glossary.
• Print out a specific page of the documentation by clicking on the Print icon in the web tool bar.
