Downloads

This report includes information regarding downloads into Time and Attendance and Staffing and Scheduling, including messages as to whether the information was downloaded successfully.

The heading shows the code and description of the download. If the Exception sort was chosen, the exception messages are displayed, along with the count of how many records have that message. Click on the expand icon to open and view all records with that same message. Headings include the start date/time of the transaction and the configuration. Record details include the code and line item of the record, the date/time of the error, and the details of the exception.

Report parameters include the following options:

• The process definition code of the type of download run, or leave blank to include all download types.
• The code identifying a specific record to be included in the report.
• Whether to display only those records that we successfully downloaded (Yes) or were unsuccessful (No) or all records (Both).
• The start date/time and the end date/time of the range to include in the report.

  If the end date is left blank, the report runs only for the date entered in the start date. To view multiple days, both dates are required

• Whether to display the results by line number (in order the records were processed in the download) or by exception (records with the same label are grouped together). When records are displayed by exception, click on the expand icon to open and view the records with that label. See screen print below.
