Searching for an Archived Schedule

The Archive Schedule Search is used to filter criteria when searching for a specific archive record. After entering the require search filters, click on the Search button.

The following fields are available when searching for a record

Contains Date

Description

Organization Units

Schedule Group Code

Contains Date

A calendar date included in the archived schedule date range. The search results display archived schedules that include this date.

More About Date Value Fields

Description

The label identifying this archived schedule record.

Organization Units

The organization level being searched for, that is included in the archived schedule.

Schedule Group Code

The identification code of the schedule group to display the archived schedule.

Note: Users must have data access to all organization units in the Schedule Group to be able to see it in the Field Look Up Values list and select it. For more information on Schedule Groups, see the Configuration section>Scheduling card>Schedule Groups screen.
