<Branch Organization Unit> Overtime Hours by Employee

This report lists the overtime hours worked by Home employees, broken down at the "branch level" organization unit. The actual name of the branch-level organization unit of the corporation will display in the title (e.g., department, cost center, etc.). The pay codes included in this report are those where the Overtime Hours value is set to Yes in the Report Assignments tab in the Pay Code screen.

Headings are by trunk level organization unit number and name, then branch organization number and name. Employee names are listed along with a breakdown of hours for pay codes where the Overtime Hours value is set to Yes in the Report Assignments tab.

Fields include the date, hours (of overtime), pay code, trunk organization unit, branch organization unit, and job class. Hour totals by employee are supplied at the bottom of the list.

For records to show on this report, the Pay Code Indicator System Standard 2 (Determines which Pay Codes are considered overtime hours) must be set to Y.

Report parameters include the following options:

• Organization Unit: The organization units to include in the report. For example, if all fields are left blank, the report displays all employees who have overtime hours, broken down by branch organization unit. If a value is filled in the Trunk organization unit field, the report displays all branch level organization units under that trunk level.
• Pay Group Instance: The pay group instance to include in the report. Click on the button to the right of the field to open a screen to search for and select a specific pay group.
