The Group By option allows the user to select whether the information on the balancing grid should be grouped by coverage period, by profile, or by organization unit. Select none to display all records together without grouping.
To access this menu, position the cursor in the profiles section and right-click. The following menu is displayed.
Select the group option from the menu by right-clicking on one of the following options:

Do not group the records. All records are displayed together, and the user can manually sort the order they display. For more information, see Setting the Order Coverage Information Displays. |

Groups coverage records by the coverage period that overlaps the time frame of the employee schedules. |
|
Groups coverage records by the profile code assigned to the employee schedules. Profiles include the job class and organization unit of the assignment. |
|
Groups records by the organization unit assigned to the employee schedules. |
