Employee Totals by Deduction Code

This report shows employee DeductIT totals sorted by deduction code for the indicated date range. The heading includes the deduction code and description. Details include the organization unit, the employee code, employee name, and dollar amount for the code. If terminated employees are included in the report, they display in red.

This report can be scheduled for automatic generation and distribution.

Report parameters include the following options:

• Whether to include a specific trunk-level (e.g. facility) organization unit or all organization units (by leaving this field blank).
• The start date and end date of the date range to include in the report.
• Whether to include all deduction codes (by selecting the All option), or select one from the list.
• Whether to show terminated employees only, whether to exclude terminated employees, or whether to show all employees.
