Supervisor Employee Listing
This report lists all employees assigned to the supervisor who is running the report.
Employees are sorted by home organization unit and then by either Hire Date or Last Name, depending on the report parameter selected.
Fields include the name of the employee, employee code, status, hire date and job class. There is an employee count number for each organization unit.
Report parameters include the following options:
- The organization unit to be included in the report. To display all employees assigned to the supervisor, leave these fields blank.
- To include a single job class, click on the icon to the left of the Job Class field to open the Job Class Search page. To include all job classes, leave this field blank.
- Whether to select a single employee status from the drop down menu. To include all employee status options, select the All option.
- Whether to sort the organization unit employees by Last Name or by Hire Date.
