Submitted Interface Process

This report shows interfaces that were submitted during the indicated date range for the selected organization unit.

The heading displays the code and description of the organization unit levels. Fields include the pay group instance date range, the date the interface occurred, who submitted the interface, the submit method, and the status of the interface.

Report parameters include the following options:

• Whether to run the report for all users (by leaving the field blank) or a single user. Click on the icon to the right of the field to open the Employee Search screen to search for a single user.
• Whether to include interfaces with a status of Submitted, Processing, Completed, Timed Out, or All of the status options.
• The organization unit to include.
• The pay group to include, or leave blank to include all.
• The pay group instance to include, or leave blank to include all.
• The start and end date parameters.
