Self Schedule Group

This report shows the open and end dates and times of the access periods for each Self Scheduling group for scheduling periods that overlap the entered date range. The Staffing Configuration record for the Organization Unit is used to determine the Schedule Period, Self Scheduling Periods and the Self Scheduling Groups that are displayed within this report.

The report displays the following information: The schedule periods within the organization units that are open for self scheduling during the entered date range, the open date and the end date of access, and the name of the self scheduling group that has access during that date range. If the Include Employees option is set to Yes, the employees who are a part of the group are listed, as well as the source of their assignment to the group (either based on the Profile attached to their position or as a direct assignment via the Labor Distribution screen in the employee record).

Report parameters include the following options:

• The organization unit or schedule group to include in the report.
• The start and end dates of the range to include in the report.
• Whether to show employee names.
• Applied Date to determine the effective Staffing Configuration record for the date range of the report.
