Request Summary by Organization Unit
This report shows employee requests of the selected organization unit and status during the indicated date range.
- Adjustment request fields display the pay group instance, date, time, employee, quick code, trunk/branch/leaf organization unit codes, position code, job class code, grant code, project code, date submitted, status, pay code, length (hours), shift code, amount (dollars) and reason.
- Bid request fields display the schedule date, activity code, start time, end time, employee, profile, position, bid, date submitted, and status.
- Calendar request fields display the date, time, employee name, quick code, trunk/branch/leaf organization unit codes, position code, job class code, grant code, project code, date submitted, status, pay code, hours/units, override code, and reason.
- Clocking request fields display the date, time, employee name, quick code, trunk/branch/leaf organization unit codes, position code, job class code, grant code, project code, date submitted, status, special code(s), override code, prompt time, prompt hours, and reason.
- Deduction request fields display the date, time, employee name, deduction code, amount (dollars), interval, description, date submitted, and status.
- Education Transaction request fields display the start date, start time, end date, end time, course, status, employee, date submitted and reason.
- Offer request fields display the submitting employee, schedule date, schedule start time, activity code, hours, lunch (minutes), trunk/branch/leaf organization levels, position code, date submitted, status, accepting employee, requesting reason, and accepting reason.
- Recurring unavailability request fields display the effective date, expiration date, start time, end time, day of week, status, employee name, date submitted, and the reason.
- Requests to work display the schedule date, employee name, status, date submitted, profile, activity code, hours, and lunch length.
- Trade request fields display the submitting employee, schedule date, schedule start time, activity code, hours lunch (in minutes), trunk/branch/leaf organization unit codes, position code, profile code, accepting employee, schedule date, schedule start time, activity code, hours, lunch (hours), trunk/branch/leaf organization unit codes, position code, profile code, date submitted, status, and requesting reason.
- Unavailability request fields display the begin date, begin time, end date, end time, status, employee name, date submitted, and reason.
Report parameters include the following options:
- The organization unit to include in this report
- The employee to include in this report. If all employees in the selected organization unit are to be included, leave this field blank.
- The start date and end date of the range to be included in this report.
- Whether to sort the records by employee or by date.
- Whether to include request with a status of requested, approved, denied, canceled, pending review, and/or waiting review (Yes/No for each).
- Whether to include insert, edit, and/or delete requests for clockings.
- Whether to include insert, edit, and/or delete requests for calendars.
- Whether to include insert, edit, and/or delete requests for adjustments.
- Whether to include recurring unavailability, unavailability, trade, offer, bid, deduction requests, education transaction requests and/or requests to work (Yes/No for each).
