Attendance Tracking

This report gathers data only from the Live database. To view data from both the Live and Historical databases, see the Historical version of this report, found under the Historical heading in this report catalog.

This report displays a summary of the number of times the employee has differences between the schedule and any clockings within a given date range. This report also shows the difference between the schedule labor distribution and the clocked labor distribution, In times and Out times of the Clocking and Schedule and also displays clockings with no schedule, or schedules with no clockings.

Employees are displayed within the Organization Unit that is associated with their current Primary Home Labor Distribution.

Differences with the in and out times are determined by the parameter settings on the organization unit with the Attendance link level.

Report parameters include the following options:

• The organization unit to include.
• The employee to be included in this report, or leave this field blank to include all employees in the organization unit.
• The job class to include, or leave blank for all job classes in the organization unit.
• The start date and end date of the date range to be included in the report.
• Whether to show exempt/salaried, non-productive and/or calendars (Yes/No).
• Whether to display details (i.e. totals/summary) (Yes/No).
