Class Schedule

This report lists all scheduled classes for the selected course/competency and time frame, sorted by the values selected in the Group Report By field.

Report fields include course code and description, class date, start/end times, instructor name(s), status of the class, classroom location and summary.

This report can be scheduled for automatic generation and distribution.

Report parameters include the following options:

• Course/Competency: To run this report for a single course/competency, select the option from the Field Look Up Values. To run the report for all, leave this field blank.
• Class Status: Select the class status setting(s) to include in the report, or select All to include all options.
• Group Report By: Select how to group the information in the report by a combination of course, date and home fields.
• Start Date: Enter the first date of the range to be included in the report.

• Class State: Select whether to include valid or invalid classes or both. Invalid class appear with (I) next to the record.
• Class Activity: Select whether to include active or inactive classes, or all.
• Show Class Summary: Indicate whether to include the class summary information.
