Dollar Totals

This report lists the dollar totals for a specified employee during the selected pay period. Each day displays separate information.

The heading displays the employee's home labor distribution code and descriptions. The secondary heading shows the employee name and code.

Report fields include the shift date, the start time of the shift, the trunk and branch-level organization units of the shift, the job class, the shift worked, the pay code, the number of hours and the dollar amount.

Report parameters include the following options:

• Which organization unit to include in this report.
• Whether to include all employees in the selected organization unit (by leaving this field blank) or click on the icon to the left of the Employee field to open a screen to search for and select a single employee.
• A date to include in the report. The report displays all pay periods which includes the entered date.
