Productive and Non-Productive Hours Summary

This report lists all the activity codes assigned to employees in the indicated labor distribution and date range with the total number of hours for that activity code. The totals are broken down by productive activity codes, non-productive activity codes, and calendars. Report values include date range, labor distribution, productive activity code descriptions/hours/totals, and non-productive activity code descriptions/hours/totals. A pie chart is displayed showing the percentages.

Report parameters include the following options:

• Which organization unit or scheduling group to include.
• Whether to include all job classes in the indicated organization unit (by leaving this field blank) or a single job class. Click on the icon to the right of the field to open a screen to search for and select a single job class
• The start and end dates of the range to include in the report.
• Whether to include schedules that are published, pending and/or calendars.
• Whether to show a pie chart view comparing productive and non-productive hours.
• Whether to include any unit hours in the department totals.
