This report shows the average number of hours worked each week by employees in an organization unit. It is specifically designed to evaluate the Affordable Care Act (ACA) full-time equivalent employee qualification.
The report is sorted by organization unit and then by employee (existing vs. new hires). The organization unit headings include the code and description; the employee headings include the employee code, name, class, and average worked hours.
For worked hours to accumulate toward an employee’s average worked hours, the associated Pay Code Indicator: Time and Attendance Standard 10 (Determines whether the Pay Code counts toward service hours for the Affordable Care Act) must be set to Y.
