Grant Hours by Employee

This report displays the number of grant hours assigned to a specific employee during the indicated date range. The report is sorted by grant code.

The employee heading includes the employee number and name. The grant code heading includes the grant code, description, and number.

Fields include the date, the hours, and the trunk/branch and leaf organization units of the transaction assigned to the grant code. Hours are subtotaled by grant code and then totaled for all grant codes.

Report parameters include the following options:

• The employee to be included in the report. Click on the icon to the right of the field to open a screen to search for the employee.
• The start and end dates of the range of the transactions to include in the report.
• Whether to Include Retro Adjustments (Yes/No).
