The Columns tab indicates the fields that should be displayed as columns of information on the resulting search screen and the order the columns should be displayed. Records are sorted in the results list by the first and second column values.
To add a column to the results list, "drag" the name of the column from the Available Columns list to the Selected Columns list.
To remove a column to the results list, "drag" the name of the column from the Selected Columns list to the Available Columns list.
Selections may be moved around within the Selected Columns pane according to the order in which they should display and sort. The first option in the Selected Columns list determines the primary sort of the displayed data. The red arrows indicate the placement of the highlighted column.
