Historical schedule reports allow you to supplement the scheduling data from the Live database with data that has been transferred to the Historical database and, therefore, no longer resides in the Live database. The corresponding standard reports use only scheduling data from the Live database.
If the date range you use in the report parameters crosses the date that data was transferred from Live to Historical, the report will use data from the Live database to complete the specified date range.
Date that data was transferred from Live to Historical: 03/31/2007
Date range specified for the report: 01/01/07 to 06/30/07
Standard report will gather information from 04/01/07 to 06/30/07 (only from Live database)
Historical report will gather information from 01/01/07 to 06/30/07 (from Historical and Live databases)
