A Schedule Incentive suspension prohibits an employee from using Schedule Incentive for a period of time.
- Navigate to the Actions section > Approval card > Schedule Incentive Agreements screen.
- In the Status field, select Approved.
Even though this is not displayed as a required field, you must make a selection.
- In the remaining fields, enter as much information as needed to help you find the agreements you are looking for.
Leave the fields blank to search for all agreements.
- Click Search.
- Select the employees you want to view and click a folder to open them.
The employee's agreement appears.
- Click in the Suspension Reason field and then select the appropriate reason from the Field Look Up Values in the right area.
The Expired and Next Eligible fields fill in automatically based on the settings of the suspension reason you select.
If enabled, the Suspension Comments field becomes editable.
- Enter or edit the suspension comment.
- Click Save.
