Navigate to the Configuration section > Scheduling card > Schedule Incentive Suspension Reason screen.
Under Actions, click Add.
In the Code and Description fields, enter a unique identification for the suspension reason.
In the Days Until Next Eligible field, enter the number of days after an employee is suspended using this reason until the employee is again eligible to participate in Schedule Incentive.
In the Editable Comment field, select Yes or No to indicate whether the suspending manager can edit the text in the Comment field when suspending employees using this reason.
In the Comment field, write the text describing the reason for the suspension.
