Productivity Reconciliation

This report is used to as a reconciliation method to ensure that the setup of the productivity data is correct when rolling out LaborVision®.

In addition, the report allows users of the Staffing and Scheduling Productivity Report(s) to review information at the employee level to determine which employees contributed hours to the totals for the report.

The report is first grouped by organization unit, and then (depending on the Group By parameter selected) it can be grouped by employee, shift, job class assignment, or pay code. Hours for each date are displayed.

For the organization unit, job class, shift, levels, there is a subtotal by the selected reporting category (direct hours, indirect hours, non-productive hours, premium pay or All).

Organization unit and/or volumes can also be displayed.

This report can be scheduled for automatic generation and distribution.

Report parameters include the following options:

• Organization Unit: The organization unit to include in the report. Child organization units will also display.
• Start Date: The first date of the range to include in the report.
• End Date: The last date of the range to include in the report.
• Shift: Select whether to run the report for a single shift, or select "All Shifts" to include all.
• Reporting Category: Select a single reporting category to include in the report (direct hours, indirect hours, non-productive hours, or premium pay or All).
• Show Unit Hours in Department: Select whether to include unit employees hours in the department totals. (Yes/No). If the report is run for an organization unit at or above the department level and the value of this parameter is set to yes then all unit employees hours will be shown under the department organization unit.

  To view unit employee totals, run the report at the unit level.

• Group By: Select one of the following methods for grouping the productivity data.
  • By employee, then shift, then job class, then pay code
  • By shift, then job class, then pay code
  • By then shift, then pay code, then job class
  • By shift, then job class
• Include Shift Volumes: Indicate whether to show volume information set up at the shift level (Yes/No).
• Include Organization Unit Volumes: Indicate whether to show volume information set up at the organization unit level (Yes/No).
