This report is used to as a reconciliation method to ensure that the setup of the productivity data is correct when rolling out LaborVision®.
In addition, the report allows users of the Staffing and Scheduling Productivity Report(s) to review information at the employee level to determine which employees contributed hours to the totals for the report.
The report is first grouped by organization unit, and then (depending on the Group By parameter selected) it can be grouped by employee, shift, job class assignment, or pay code. Hours for each date are displayed.
For the organization unit, job class, shift, levels, there is a subtotal by the selected reporting category (direct hours, indirect hours, non-productive hours, premium pay or All).
Organization unit and/or volumes can also be displayed.
This report can be scheduled for automatic generation and distribution.
