After you have reviewed your time card information and verified that everything is correct, complete the following steps.
If a Sign Off Agreement is not required for your organization unit, the sign off is complete and the signed off icon appears next to your name in the Employee Navigator.

A signed off message is added to the Time Card Report with the date and time of approval.
If you are using an EIS Badge Reader, you do not enter a reason.
About Time Card Changes
If you, a supervisor, or a manager changes your current pay period's time card information after you have signed off, the icon next to your name is removed and you must approve your time card (sign off) again.
There are two exceptions to the removal of your sign off.
If the system determines that a clocking is a duplicate, your sign off is not removed.
If an automatic adjustment is updated, your sign off is not removed.
Approve Your Time Card from the Previous Pay Period
If you have not approved your time card from the previous pay period, you can approve it while in the current pay period.
