Assign the Sign Off Role to an Organization Unit
To assign the TA Employee (Signoff/Unsignoff) role to organization units:
- Click Configuration section > Organization Unit card > Organization Unit screen.
- Search for and open the desired organization units' records.
- Under Organization Unit Sections in the left area, click Roles.
- Under Role Actions in the left area, click Add.
- Click in the Authorization Role Code field, scroll through the Field Look Up Values in the right area, and select the TA Employee (Signoff/Unsignoff) role (or the equivalent replicated role).
The Authorization Role Code field updates with the name of the role.
- Click Save.
- If you opened more than one organization unit in step 2, click the right arrow in the Organization Unit Navigator section to move to the next organization unit and repeat steps 4 - 7.
