The Link to Employees function opens the portal to the employee record section. Authorized users can then view or edit any of the information in the employee record.
The user can scroll between the open employee records using the arrows in the Employee Navigator.
Note: To open the record of a single employee, highlight the employee name, right-click and select the Link to Employee option from that menu. This action can be done multiple times with different employees, creating a group of employees in the portal that you can scroll through.
