Employees with a Specific Override Code

This report lists all the employees who were assigned the selected override code to a transaction (clocking or calendar) during the indicated date range.

The report is sorted by trunk organization unit, then pay group. Fields include the branch organization unit, employee code (hidden) employee name, employment status, employment type, employee class, approved hours, and the date/time of the transaction were the special code was attached.

There are totals for each pay group and then for the trunk organization unit.

This report can be scheduled for automatic generation and distribution.

Report parameters include the following options:

• Begin Date: The first date of the range to include in this report.
• End Date: The last date of the range to include in this report.
• Organization Unit: The trunk, branch and leaf (if applicable) levels to be included in this report.
• Override Code: The override code that should be included in this report. Select the code from the field look up values in the right pane.
