Employees Without an Approving Supervisor

This report lists any employees who have not been assigned to a supervisor with rights to approve their time card. The heading lists the organization units included in the report. Fields include the employee code and the employee name. If terminated employees are included in the report, they are displayed in red.

This report can be scheduled for automatic generation and distribution.

Report parameters include the following options:

• Organization Unit: Enter the values to indicate the organization units to include in the report.
• Show Terminated Employees: Select whether to include terminated employees on this report (yes/no).
