SecurALL Badges in TimeID

This report lists the employees issued SecurALL badges in the selected organization units.

The report is sorted by the library code of the badge and then by organization unit. The library heading displays the library name. The organization unit heading displays the code and description. Fields include the organization unit code, the employee code, the employee badge, the employee name, and the issue date of the badge. If terminated employees are included in the report, they display in red.

This report can be scheduled for automatic generation and distribution.

Report parameters include the following options:

• Which organization units to include in the report. Enter the information in the fields to determine the organization units to include, and all the "children" organization units below them.
• Whether to show terminated employees only, whether to exclude terminated employees, or whether to show all employees (both terminated and not terminated).
