Archive Schedule Tools

The Archive Schedule Tools displays the tool option available for the open archive schedule screen.

Hint: Before activating any of the schedule tools, use the resizing bar to increase the size of the lower display section, which currently shows the Needs grid. When running the schedule tools, the wizard information is displayed in this lower grid, and the Needs grid is accessible from a tab in the upper display section.

Schedule Notes

The Schedule Notes button opens a screen to view any notes attached to a particular date and coverage period on the archived schedule.

Note: Predefined notes are previously set up on the Configuration section>System card>Predefined Notes screen with the Schedule Note option set to Yes.

Viewing an Existing Schedule Note

Users can check to see if a schedule note has been attached to a date by hovering the cursor over the header of the date in the Needs grid. A tool tip is displayed with the subject of the note.

To view an existing Schedule Note, complete the following steps:

  1. From the open schedule screen, in the Needs Grid (the lower grid), highlight a cell on the date where the note was entered.
  2. From the Schedule Tools section in the left pane, select the Schedule Note option.
  3. Click the card arrow on the record to open and view the body text of the note.

    Note: The Existing Notes tab can only be accessed when a cell is highlighted with the same date where the note was attached.
