Applied Schedule Attendance Tracking
This report lists attendance tracking occurrences during the indicated date range. If Details is selected, individual employee information is displayed.
The report is sorted by organization unit, then by employee (if details is selected). Fields include the employee code and name, the date of the occurrence, the number of absence or tardy points for the occurrence and the total. Subtotals are listed for each organization unit.
Report parameters include the following options:
- The organization units to include in the report.
- Whether to run this report for a single employee (by clicking on the icon to open the search screen) or run for all employees in the selected organization unit by leaving this field blank.
- Whether to include exceptions that are tardy, absent or both
- Whether to show employee information details (yes/no).
- The organization unit level to break the report down to. The options available in the field look ups include the level entered in the set up screen and lower.
