Supervisor Employee Note History

This report displays the notes attached to transactions during the pay periods that are within the date range entered for all employees who are assigned to the supervisor running the report. The report shows all types of notes set to Yes in the report parameters, that were created within the data range entered.

The report is grouped by organization unit, then employee name and then by transaction type (Calendar, clocking, pay period, etc.) Fields include the employee code and name, then the date, time author and note text of each record.

Report parameters include the following options:

Users who are controllers will also see a Supervisor ID parameter to search for and select any supervisor they are a controller for. Users who are not controllers will not see this field, and the report is automatically run for their own employees.
