Supervisor Exceptions Report

This report lists all the exceptions generated by the system during the indicated date range for employees assigned to the supervisor who is running the report.

The heading includes the description of the exception and the severity level. The report is sorted by either the Exception Type or the Organization Unit, depending on the report parameter selected.

Fields include the trunk and branch organization unit levels, the employee code, employee name, date of the exception, and whether the exception has been handled.

Report parameters include the following options:

• The trunk-level organization unit to be included.
• Which exception type to be included (Calculation, DeductIT, Interface, etc.), or select All to include all exception types.
• The Start Date and End Date of the date range to be included in the report.
• The Severity Level to be included in the report (e.g. Critical, Informational, Warning) or select All to include all severity levels.
• Whether to sort the resulting records by Exception Type or by Organization Unit.
